Judge strophy, Forest Whitaker (petitioner's attorney),CPS, All have the authority to stop what's happening but insist on aiding in this tragedy. contempt after contempt, 4 recusals and we will now be going for the 5th and a discharge from the case for the attorney. especially after reading this. we will be on tomorrow. she is pro se. lost her trial and was denied her right to present her case or call witnesses. This is a man who was already found to be dishonest and found to have committed perjury to the court, he was court ordered to take evaluations, supervised visitation, etc... he did nothing. as soon as the judge retired he filed a petition to modify with no actual basis and was granted the motion to modify and he was going for full custody. she makes $1000-1200 a paycheck and was court ordered to pay $800 a month in CS, $1300 a month for daycare, plus cost of medical for her. she also has to pay for her visitations $100 pervist and has to drive an hr and a half to get there. Honestly, prosecuting fit parents involved in the lives of their children in child support cases that are riddled with profit sharing metrics for placement commissioners in custody cases so they maximize the child support orders and you can do the math for 100% lowest income household is the placement for kids to get the maximum reimbursement grant for enforcing the order... Child support is not a social program for taking care of the kids... It's a sentence for abandoning your responsibility to financially support your family. Deadbeat Deterrent. That was the intent of Congress. This should be treated like that definition of human trafficking and immediately and quickly put an injunction on any unauthorized expansion of the title iv-d program for the kids and the wrongfully convicted fit parents that are attacked to be a reminder to society of the consequences of the path of a deadbeat!...err wait ...these are fit parents silently being prosecuted by the county that takes their own children and creates the performance metrics default parenting plan instead of the 50/50 plan 26.16.125 assumed in all divorces by legislation - the default parenting plan is 50/50 in Washington - Spokane is the birthplace of father's day. This is human trafficking and innocent fit parents are being sentenced by the counties in the middle of a separation and assigned / convicted silently to get the enforcement fee of half of the support order in the form of the reimbursement grant from social security administration that is split under the contract with the county that is providing the dedicated cs docket in the family law dept. Maximizing and assigning are the seeds that are required to increase enforcement revenue. That's free money for this support assignment for the county once income withholding is active. Regardless of how much money you have or how much time you have spent raising your own children, the court steps in, convicts one of the two, takes their right to custody care control and companionship of 50% of the time to often 2 days every other week and the full weight of the state attacks and assigns and orders the convicted party in child support to never have an emergency or end up on unemployment and automatically the best for you and the community or kids and affected but rather not allow you to get a EBT card because you are a deadbeat on the record convicted for abandoning technically... No services for you are available. You're forced into watching your children go hungry with you because you have been convicted and sentenced to the situation that does not work for custody of two households. The punishment for abandoning is severe and Congress intended for the convicted party to have abandoned intentionally their children and no longer interacting with your children by choice. Instead the kids are being forcibly torn from the otherwise fit and involved parent and that's the biggest loss. The kids lose their own loving parent most important is their own right to the love of a biological mother or father. That's interfered with a little more than a reasonable party would estimate due to the profit sharing with the county commissioners by the state ..enticing and enlisting is the same for every county by the state(s)

They even retaliated bc he disclosed to me about the abuse he was suffering at the foster home.. he was being locked in a closet for time out...
They've trampled on every constitutional right, that I thought I could count on..and distanced me from what matters most in life.
