How disgusting that a female judge would treat a disabled mother like this and have willful complete disregard and disrespect for her ADA rights.

I knew that the family court system in California hates women, but this takes the cake! A DVRO against a quadrapeligic mother; WTAF! I’m sick for her and her babies

I have also followed this case since the beginning. It was very apparent how angry and abusive he was early on. His rants on FB were extreme, and all over the board, and I frequently saw him attack people that were trying to help soothe them with their comments. It is astounding that a woman judge could take such a stand against a handicapped woman! Can you guys get the help of some big civil rights attorneys to help?? Continued prayers for her and her team! Exodus 14:14 “Keep silent, and I will fight for you.”

This is so horrible. I’ve been following this story from the beginning. Feeling for Tar and seeing so many flaws and lies in Jimmy’s version of the truth. The injustice and unfair treatment Tar has received as a victim and a mother is unbelievable. I hope this story can gain some traction and national attention!

This is horrible… I cannot believe all that poor Tar has had to endure. I have followed this family from the day the wreck happened, and I had Jimmy Nolan pegged from the start. I knew he was abusive from his videos. The day he videoed his wife falling asleep with chocolate cake in her mouth, while in the hospital, for the world to see, thinking it was funny, told me a lot about him!!!!!!

Tar, I know Jimmy has done a lot of damage, but I pray that you get your justice, and I hope he has to pay for all your suffering, and pain.

Also followed Tar since the beginning. Jimmy always seemed so strange, wanting attention on social media (especially from women) and i knew something was off with him when i realized they separated.

Do you all have an X account to try & share this story?? If not, you should! You could draw a lot of attention. This was an absolute nightmare to read. I went through my own years long custody case— and I can’t imagine fighting that battle with no one in the courts listening!

Praying for Justice!!

I love how he calls himself a professional dad. Has to video every little thing he does with his kids. Just be present and stop seeking so much attention.

I'm completely new to this case and find it deeply disturbing!

I sincerely hope that Tar regains full custody of her children and she and the children heal from this trauma. I knew Jimmy was abusive from the first photo I ever saw of the family which was after the accident but taken before the accident. It's THAT obvious to anyone who has been in am abusive marriage. I also strongly encourage she sues OC for billions! Please, please, please contact Harmeet Dhillon at Trump's Justice Department Civil Rights division regarding Tar's civil rights being violated! Action MUST be taken to protect Tar and her children!
